Ash Fuel is a wellness and nutrition tracking app operated by Chanoy Smith, a sole proprietor. When you use Ash Fuel you are contracting with Chanoy Smith. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, receipts, applicable taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Ash Fuel offers a Free plan and paid Growth and Pro plans billed monthly, quarterly or yearly. New paid subscribers get a 7-day free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, your plan bills automatically and renews each period at the listed price until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription; paid access continues until the end of the current period. See our Refund Policy.
Ash Fuel does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to a professional before significant changes to your diet or exercise, and seek immediate help for any medical concern.
Calorie, portion and nutrient values — including those from food photos — and Coach replies are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. Review them before relying on them. You are responsible for the photos and messages you submit and must have the right to use them. We may filter, refuse or remove content that breaks these Terms.
Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be of legal age to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must not use Ash Fuel unlawfully; for fraud or spam; to infringe others' intellectual property; to upload harmful, hateful or illegal content; or to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, overloading, reverse engineering, circumventing plan limits, or unauthorized access).
Ash Fuel, including its software, design, content, documentation and branding, is owned by Chanoy Smith. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under your plan. You keep ownership of your own data and grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service.
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, abuse, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account anytime in Settings, which deletes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features, AI allowances and pricing may change; we'll make material changes clear in the app.
The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
