If you're not satisfied with a paid Growth or Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, under Paddle's Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under the law where you live still apply.
Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us at support@ashfuel.com and we'll help. When a refund is issued, paid access to Ash Fuel for that purchase may end.
New Growth and Pro subscribers get 7 days free. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing. Otherwise the plan you picked bills automatically at its listed price.
Monthly plans renew every month, quarterly every three months and yearly every twelve months, until cancelled.
Open Settings → Subscription and choose Manage billing to cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep paid access until the end of the current period.
The Free plan costs nothing and there is nothing to cancel.
