Both unlock the full Premium experience: more AI food scans, more Coach conversations, weekly summaries and every tracking insight. Pro simply has the most generous daily limits — roughly double Growth — for people who log several meals a day with photos and lean on the Coach often.

Absolutely. Free isn't a trial that expires — it's a real plan you can keep for as long as you like. You'll have a smaller daily allowance of AI scans and Coach messages, but tracking your meals, water and weight never locks away.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. They collect your card details, handle taxes and send your receipts — we never see or store your card number. Your bank statement will show a charge from Paddle.

Every Growth and Pro plan starts with 7 days free. You won't be charged anything during those 7 days. When the trial ends, the plan you chose renews automatically at its listed price — unless you cancel first.

Only if you keep the plan. Cancel any time before the trial's last day — in the app under Settings → Subscription → Manage billing — and you pay nothing at all.

Yes — the checkout asks for a payment method so your plan continues smoothly if you decide to stay. Nothing is charged during the 7 days, and you can cancel with one click if it's not for you.

You're charged nothing and your plan simply ends. If you've already fallen in love with Ash Fuel, you can always start a paid plan later.

Monthly plans renew every month, quarterly every three months and yearly every twelve months, until you cancel. You're emailed a receipt for every charge.

Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription and choose Manage billing. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep paid access until the end of the period you've already paid for — no partial-month charges, no losing access early.

Yes. If you're not happy with a Growth or Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a renewal can't go through, Paddle will retry the charge and email you so you can update your payment details. Your plan stays active while this is being sorted out, and we'll never delete your logged meals, water or weight data over a failed payment.

Everything lives in one place: Settings → Subscription → Manage billing opens your secure customer portal, where you can update your card, view invoices, switch plans or cancel. Receipts also arrive by email from Paddle.

Yes — you can move between Free, Growth and Pro whenever you like. There's no penalty and no need to wait for your renewal date.

Your new, higher limits apply right away. You're charged only the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period — never the full price again immediately.

Any credit from your remaining time is applied at your next renewal. You keep your current plan's benefits until then, so you never lose anything you've paid for.

Switching between Growth and Pro during the trial is completely free — you simply keep trying the other plan for the rest of your 7 days, still with nothing to pay.

You've been moved to Pro, with all of Pro's limits, at the same price you already pay. Nothing changes for you except a bigger allowance.
